All customers must be referred and these referees must also sign an undertaking before the loans are disbursed.

KYC: Physical visitation to the clients business place as well as the guarantors.

Terms & Conditions: 

* Disbursement is within 3 working days from loan approval
* All micro loans are repaid within 30 days counting from the next day after disbursements.
* If repayment is not completed 2 weeks after repayment due date. Referee or guarantor will pay else the customer's goods worth the amount will be sold off to off set the loan.
* Approval amount is determined after ascertaining the capacity of the business during KYC.
