He is also responsible for leading the assessing technical analysis, findings, and recommendations, providing project timelines, and delivering updates and other communications to a wide range of stakeholders and executives on ongoing Financial Inclusion activities. Perk is also responsible for attracting and retaining industry-leading talents, developing long-term workforce plans, and driving continuous improvements into the companys Financial Inclusion Strategies and other activities. There is no doubt that Perk is a shrewd business manager and development finance expert saddled with the responsibility deploying strategies for financial inclusion and business growth. He was also charged with the responsibility of preparing quality control procedure, work/execution plan; arranging and planning pre-mobilisation meetings for all the craft concern in projects; providing technical advice and guide to the crews and working directly with the project management team for proper execution; mobilizing team members financial inclusion campaigns; conducting tabletop drills and simulations before business ideas are taken to the marketplace by the team. For Perk, other strategic responsibilities include: leveraging available technology solutions to develop a culture of data-driven decision making and operations optimisation, and serving as a continuous conduit of insights on how technology solutions can be improved over time; engaging with and building relationships with external stakeholders; overseeing and ensuring the development of training content and conducting training for team members; designing and implementing data collection systems, business processes, and organisational policies and procedures that ensure efficient and effective operations; promoting the identification and adoption of established best practices, whilst creating an environment that encourages the implementation of creative solutions. Perk is also involved in the planning and managing Financial Inclusion operations with regards to data collection and aggregation systems.
