Our Risk Management Framework helps clients manage the lifecycles of businesses, allowing them to take advantage of the benefits of our product and service offerings while minimizing their risks. Our mandate is to orchestrate all the elements of these critical success factors! The Liberty Hub Promise is a commitment to institutionalize a Regime of Financial Inclusion anywhere in Nigeria, aiming to help Micro Enterprises, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) properly manage their business operations, loan portfolios, and associated business risks.
The mobile credit regime, with an overall focus on revamping small manufacturing and the creative services sector for wealth creation, offers affordable financing, reasonable service procurement monitoring, and built-in safeguards such as business management training and financial planning to help small-scale business owners minimize the enterprise risks they face.
Influence, Standards and Stimulus: Our Renewed Strategy
Our collective drive as a company is to encourage sustainable business management. Sustainable Business Management involves the design, creation, and use of efficient, effective, safe, and more business-friendly benign tools and processes. This implies encouraging and maximizing resource efficiency through activities such as resource optimization, risk minimization, prevention, and/or minimization of waste at all stages of clients’ business operations, and the development of processes that are robust and can be reused and applied across multiple platforms.
Liberty Hub International Limited promotes the exchange of information related to Research and Development to help clients support the deployment of inherently more profitable processes. We have also developed an Online Platform for information exchange and review of new developments and incentives for Sustainable Financial Inclusion and analyzed the role of business legislation and innovation in promoting sustainability and the application of the Principles for Corporate Governance.
When we started planning in the Fourth Quarter (Q4) of 2023, concentrating our thoughts on what was really important in our work, we set out to make a difference and achieve our mission to give small business owners more independence and control over their operations as they are able to access more money. We are quite sure that, whatever new opportunities and developments come our way, we will remain focused on our core mandate.
To do this, we came up with three strategic themes:
- Influence: Making sure all our work makes a positive, valuable difference for small business owners and operatives of the creative industries.
- Standards: Supporting small business owners and making business decisions that fit with our values and vision to promote their choices, independence, and control.
- Stimulus: Partnering with other organizations to share our knowledge and experience and speak up for the small business owners and businesses we support.
We shall be using the above roadmap to help us make decisions about what we do over the coming months of the year. How we decide which projects to take on, which areas to work in, and how best to support small business owners and businesses is germane to the 2024-25 Era and beyond. So, this year, we will be asking the following questions:
- Influence: How will the selected projects in our business portfolio positively impact our clients and businesses we support?
- Standards: How are we acting and what are we standing up for?
- Stimulus: How will the selected project grow our voice to achieve our mandate to support small business owners and businesses we support?
