Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for and using the Matrix Pro platform ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

The Platform is a multi-level marketing (MLM) management system that provides users with tools to manage their downline network, track commissions, process payments, and access their earnings dashboard.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Referral and Commission Structure

Commissions are earned according to the compensation plan displayed in the Platform. All commission calculations are automated and final unless an error is identified and reported within 30 days. We reserve the right to adjust or reverse commissions in cases of suspected fraud, chargebacks, or violations of these Terms.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Engage in deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent marketing practices;
• Create multiple accounts for the purpose of manipulating the compensation plan;
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws;
• Transmit viruses, malware, or any code of a destructive nature;
• Attempt to access, tamper with, or disrupt the Platform's servers or infrastructure.

7. Payments and Fees

All subscription fees, if applicable, are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate suspension of your account and forfeiture of commissions.

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its code, design, logos, and content, is the property of the Platform owner and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately, and any unpaid commissions may be forfeited depending on the reason for termination.

11. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
